New Roots in 2014
As you may have heard, I recently partnered with The CVAS and Artist Aaron Hanson to open The CVAS Gallery/Music/Creative Space in the heart of the Coachella Valley.
A lot of hard work and love went in to remodeling to the space. This has been a DIY project for us and we did all renovations ourselves. From scrapping the popcorn ceiling, removing ancient linoleum, installing track lighting, and creating an up-cycled wood pallet installation that doubles as a functional DJ booth. Lots of blood, sweat, and tears has gone into this project.
On December 7, 2013 The Coachella Valley Art Scene Gallery hosted a soft opening to our first ever art gallery/creative space in Cathedral City, CA.
We are looking forward to bringing art & culture to the creative community with our new space. The CVAS will be a gallery that hosts art, community workshops, live music performances, available for space rental, etc.
